I am beginning a new chapter at Jilin International Studies University as an Associate Professor.
This new step brings together the different stages of my academic and artistic journey, shaped by years of teaching, research, and creative work across diverse cultural contexts. Living and working in Iran and later in Seoul allowed me to develop a comparative and interdisciplinary approach to literature, art, and pedagogy, grounded in dialogue between traditions and perspectives.
My professional path has been marked by movement and exchange rather than fixed locations. Each place has contributed to my understanding of teaching and research as practices that grow through encounter, adaptation, and continuity. This new chapter represents a moment of constructive grounding, where accumulated experience can be further developed within a stable and stimulating academic environment.
I am very pleased to begin this new adventure and to engage with the culture, history, and academic life of China with curiosity, respect, and a strong commitment to collaboration and learning.
